Please Note: Our gift baskets only ship within the Continental United States!
At Elmbrook Lane we
pride ourselves on our superior customer service. We strive to ship
all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment, unless otherwise
requested. We do request however that you allow two to four
business days for production during the peak holiday seasons
of Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day,
Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Please place any large orders
early enough to allow for production and shipping to take place
within this time frame.
We recommend that all orders be sent to a business address
so that the carrier may obtain a signature upon delivery for each
and every parcel. In addition, all orders REQUIRE the recipient’s
telephone number to allow for address verification.
Please contact us for pricing on multiple baskets per address PRIOR
to placing your order.
Single basket orders received by 10am EST Monday through Friday
are guaranteed to ship the same day. Single basket orders received
after 10am EST will be shipped the next business day.
We reserve the right to alter the cut-off time for same day shipping
during holiday peaks (listed above).
UPS Ground delivery service will be used unless otherwise specified.
Use the map below as a guide to judge how many
business days it typically takes UPS to deliver a parcel from our
New York facility to another destination in the continental US.
UPS Ground service does not guarantee delivery times to
any destination - the transit times listed below are estimates only.
For faster delivery with guaranteed delivery times, use 2-Day Air
or Overnight Air Express. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted
when calculating the number of days a parcel will spend in transit
unless Saturday arrival is specifically requested. All shipping
costs shown are for destinations in the continental United
States only.
Please Note: Rural destinations may take longer
to deliver than estimated.
Returned Shipments
If a parcel is returned to Elmbrook Lane due
to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser or the recipient
having moved we will contact you immediately. The parcel may then
be re-shipped at an additional freight cost or cancelled. *All shipping
and handling fees are non-refundable however.* A credit or refund
will be issued to the purchaser, minus a 15% re-stocking
fee, for orders cancelled or returned to us due to an incorrect
address provided by the purchaser. Please check your addresses carefully,
paying special attention to street numbers and postal codes/zip
codes. Also, please make sure to provide the recipient's phone number
so that we may confirm the address. All shipments that are made
via UPS Ground Service REQUIRE the recipient’s phone number.
All cancelled orders placed with a credit card, that have already
been processed, will be subject to a $6.00 cancellation fee in addition
to the 15% re-stocking fee if applicable.
